At SUSE, I stepped into a fast-moving global role focused on elevating social media from a supporting channel to a key part of the brand’s go-to-market strategy. I worked across time zones and departments — shaping campaign frameworks, building content, and aligning with SEO, PR, demand gen, and product teams.

Over the course of the year, I drove measurable growth (including a 35% increase in LinkedIn engagement and 40% YoY growth in monthly social impressions) and built systems for better collaboration and campaign tracking. Alongside performance, I also supported internal enablement, helping teams strengthen their LinkedIn presence, master Oktopost, and improve workflow clarity.
