01

Framing the right problem is where smart marketing begins. In this phase, I dig into:

• Your business goals, challenges, and market context
• Industry trends, active competitors, and target audience behaviors
• Internal needs: sales alignment, campaign objectives, brand voice nuance

This foundation helps us clarify what we’re actually trying to solve - whether that’s improving lead flow, increasing brand awareness, or optimizing campaign ROI.

Strategy

02

Strategy is where we translate insight into action. I often lead collaborative workshops with stakeholders, sales, product, or leadership, to co-create a roadmap for marketing campaigns and messaging.Outputs include:

• Buyer personas and messaging frameworks
• Campaign planning (launches, events, product updates)
• Performance benchmarks and growth tactics (organic, paid, social, email)
• Communication alignment across team channels

This phase ensures everyone shares the 'why' behind what we’re building.

Now we move from plan to performance.  My approach is to create campaigns that evolve with every insight and piece of feedback.

• Develop launch assets: visual briefs, post copy, imagery, internal messaging
• Publish social campaigns, blogs, newsletters, and ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Coordinate real-time content delivery around events, newsletters, or product milestones

Each launch is followed by:
• Live performance tracking (UTMs, analytics dashboards, Oktopost reporting)
• Weekly results syncs to identify what’s working—or what needs pivots
• Iterative optimization on copy, targeting, timing, and asset formats

Strong marketing isn’t a one-off - it’s a cycle.  I like to build in rounds - improving, adjusting, and repeating based on real data and feedback:

• Weekly dashboards to monitor leads, engagement, conversion, ad ROI
• Performance reviews aligned with strategic goals
• Process improvements: content briefing workflows, dashboard templates, cross-team alignment

The goal: campaigns that improve over time, insights that fuel better decisions, and work that aligns to measurable business value.

Enough talking. Let’s make something great together.
